Our product pages and shopping areas have been purposely designed to provide the highest levels of detail and consumer information. Please use our information, select carefully and find the best solution for you and your pet.

DoggieMart will provide a return and exchange if the products received are faulty or considerably different to those shown or described. If this is the case, Pet Wares Plus will pay for all costs in providing the exchange.

If for any other reason, you would like to exchange an item, the product/s must be returned in original condition with packaging. The only cost to you is the postage to send the item back to us, any additional charge for the exchanged item, if applicable, and the cost of postage of the exchanged item back to you.

Lastly our customers also receive a no questions asked refund if not completely happy with the purchase. Goods and packaging must be in original order. Postage charges apply.
